The Role:

Working and partnering with Senior Recruiters, you will be filling a range of roles across both the blue collar and white collar space. You should be an “outside the box” thinker, and be able to build talent pools creatively – using a variety of networking skills and utilising social media and advertising. You will be expected to identify talent, interview, short list and reference check suitable candidates and be thorough in your onboarding process.

The Person:

Prior recruitment experience is required, however our client is happy to look at either agency recruiters or other recruiters who have worked in an internal role. You should be a passionate and proactive individual who can work under pressure and at a fast pace. You communication skills should be well honed, and you should have keen attention to detail.
