The Company:

This Australian owned and operated business has been established since 2005 and provides skilled and semi-skilled personnel to both the National and International Mining and Civil space. With a growing workforce and a strong order book for the coming years, they are now seeking to appoint an additional Internal Recruiter to join their busy team.

The Role:

Working within part of a small, but dedicated Recruitment team, you will be reponsible for liaising with line managers to establish requirements (both current and planned), you will devise job specifications and design advertisements for both the clients own website and other advertising media. You will be responsible for pre-screening candidates, conducting initial interviews and making recommendations to line managers. Additionally you will deal with the offer and onboarding process, ensuring that each new hire is 100% compliant.

The Person:

Ideally you should have experience working within the Mining or Civil space and will have recruited across a range of disciplines including HD Fitters, Field Service staff, Plant Mechanics and HV Electricians. The ability to communicate effectively, and have exceptional attention to detail is a must.
