The Company:

With a strong history of growth, this Resources client is seeking to add an additional high calibre White Collar Internal Recruiter to their team.  The business has bucked the trend in the Perth market and continues to grow it’s market share.  They provide a diverse range of services and are forging ahead with new projects for 2019. 

The Role:

Continued expansion has necessitated a further role within their Internal Recruitment team.  You will be working alongside a department of 8 others providing timely recruitment services across the White Collar space.  This role will involve extensive talent mapping and talent pooling for future projects, so the ability to think ahead of the game is critical, as is the ability to think creatively when sourcing for specific skills sets.

The Person:

You should ideally have in depth experience of recruiting hard to source candidates in a timely and effective fashion.  You will be responsible for networking, identifying suitable candidates and coordinating the interview process.  Although you will be supported by a very experienced manager, you will be expected to work autonomously, and the ability to prioritise is a must.  In return, you will be rewarded by a competitive base salary, and a long term career opportunity.
