The Role:
Due to a promotion, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner whose key focus will be to look at talent acquisition globally, and identify quality professionals across a range of disciplines. Due to the high growth plans for the business, this is a high activity role, where you will be using your refined networking skills to approach prospective candidates and be integral in the whole on-boarding process.
The Person:
With a HR Generalist background, you should be also have extensive experience in talent acquisition, seeking out candidates with hard to find skills sets and dealing with the whole process of employee engagement. You should be self motivated, be creative in your approach to recruitment and be confident liaising with the Senior Management Team.
